Decision-Free Plan:

Our premier program, the Decision-Free diet is designed for people who need to lose a lot of weight and want fast weight loss. Research has shown that faster weight loss predicts long-term success. Decision-Free follows a simple 3+2 structure and is the simplest program for those that do not want to make any decisions regarding any other food. Each day you will have a minimum of 3 HMR Shakes and 2 HMR Entrees.

HMR Healthy Solutions:

Healthy Solutions follows a simple 3+2+5 structure and is for those who wish to not have to make as many decisions about food. Each day you’ll eat a minimum of 3 HMR Shakes, 2 HMR entrees and 5 servings of fruit and vegetables.

HMR Healthy Shakes:

Healthy Shakes follows a simple 3+5+1 structure. Each day you’ll eat a minimum of 3 HMR Shakes, 5 servings of fruits and vegetables and 1 healthy meal (that includes lean proteins and measured grains) that you prepare yourself. This provides and ideal bend of structure and flexibility that makes it easy to stick to.
